What investors often ask
Is this an exchange or a brokerage?
No. We provide analysis, price-zone forecasting and trade management tools. We do not take margin deposits, hold assets or place orders for you. You place live orders yourself through your own account with a member of the Mercantile Exchange of Vietnam or the broker you choose.
How accurate are the forecasts, and how is that verified?
Every high / low level is walk-forward tested on many years of data: each frame uses only data available before that day, then is compared with the actual price. Across 75.411 session frames, the "8 in 10" level was right 79,9% (high) and 79,7% (low). In addition, every card is recorded in the sealed ledger before the session opens and auto-scored at the close — the real ledger's figures are shown separately, never added to the replay figures.
Where do prices and data come from, and are they delayed?
Release data comes straight from the publishing agencies: USDA, EIA, CFTC, the US Federal Reserve and the exchanges. Commodity prices come from public sources and may be delayed by about 10–15 minutes versus the exchange; Forex has live bid / ask quotes. The system is therefore for analysis and planning, not a replacement for your exchange's order screen.
How do I pay, and how do I cancel a plan?
Order a plan under Services in your account, then follow the payment instructions shown. Plans run per period (usually monthly) and do not auto-renew: when the period ends, it simply stops — you are not charged again. You can cancel unpaid orders yourself. Many services have a free plan to try first.
How is my personal data used?
Only to provide and secure the service: sign-in, sending confirmation emails and the alerts you enable, and applying plan entitlements. Passwords are stored only as hashes no one can read. We do not sell personal data. Details are on the Terms of Use & Data Policy page.
Can I use it on my phone?
